L'Eminence Grise
For any one who is interested, my real home page is at Tacheiru.us and I have lots of graphics there as well as plenty of interesting text and even some fiction. I have been coding HTML since 1996 and I learned CSS a few years ago. The reason this site feels so clean is that it has several versions of a very useful cascading style sheet that regulates padding, font color, and font size. It also has percentile-width ring tables on most pages, and a smooth background color on all of them. The font is large and contrasts well with the background too. You can have both the percentile width ring table and the cascading style shet. They are on my Codespage These codes are available under a Share and Share Alike Creative Commons license. The same is also true for all graphics I offer. Please repsect this license, and DO NOT right click protect any of your pages that use my code or block access to the source code. In real life, I have two cats named Hertzel and Lysistrata. I've outgrown most pop music. That doesn't mean it sounds like noise to me. It just means I listen mainly to world and techno. I also like Philip Glass and John Philip Souza. I enjoy reading, cooking from scratch, and walking everywhere. I don't drive and probably never will. My favorite food these days is roasted or fried peppers that come in a jar. Well, this site is up, growing, and stable for now. I add mainly HTML to First Words and to High Branches and Kelipot. I guess I really do like to write or maybe it is just a habit. I also add graphics to the Graphics Emporium. I am glad I don't have to choose between words and pictures. Note: I have a friend who is very sick and in the intensive care unit at Grady. He can use your prayers and good thoughts and you can read about his progress at First Words.

Where to Go from HereThis site is slowly growing. As I have need for more pages, I expand the site. I call myself Eminence Grise because I am probably the oldest person on Piczo who is not paid to be here. The folks who are paid to be here are of course the staff. I bet I'm probably older than some of the staff are.
